490 Summit, built in 1886, is on the National Historic Register and has become a premier twin city location for weddings, receptions, corporate functions, anniversaries, or any gathering where turn of the century hospitality is expected. This Victorian setting can accommodate up to 250 guests. Wedding ceremonies often take place in the large library room with its hand carved staircase, or, weather permitting, on the manicured grounds. Five dining rooms, library, bride's room, and the ballroom allow the hosts and guests to take full advantage of the entire establishment.
