Our transcriptionists do everything possible to ensure accuracy, including extensive use of the Internet to check proper names, brand names, company names, acronyms, drug names, medical terminology and technical terms.All transcripts are spellchecked, reviewed and proofread by a supervisor before being sent to the client.If your company uses digital recorders to create audio sound files (.wav files), you can upload your file to our storage site on the Internet. We will then go to that site, download the file, transcribe it, and either upload the transcript to the storage site for you to download or e-mail the transcript to you. We archive our transcripts for at least two years, so if you lose a transcript, we can quickly locate it and send it to you (at no charge).
