St Paul : Health : CaregiverMN.org, a service of DARTS
Within its Minnesota service area, DARTS provides caregiver support groups, education sessions, volunteer respite care, information and assistance, and care management to more than 1,000 seniors and their families annually. The CaregiverMN.org web site, made possible by a grant from Greater Twin Cities United Way, enhances and extends these caregiver support services. This site brings DARTS' expertise to caregivers and connects them with one another, no matter where they live or work.
