Custom Chocolate was started by Janet and Paul Schmid out of the kitchen in their home and has been serving satisfied corporate customers since 1982. Our chocolates are now created in a 6000 SF production area with a staff of 21 regular employees. We are pleased to announce the opening of our new chocolate gift store located in Roseville
