Dr. Foley has been in solo practice for over 26 years. His office is located in downtown St. Paul, Minnesota. He also sees patients at a satellite office in Apple Valley, Minnesota.After graduating from the College of St. Thomas Dr. Foley earned his medical degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. He then completed a general surgery residency at Highland General Hospital in Oakland, California, followed by a plastic surgery fellowship at the Mayo Clinic.
