Orion Appraisals is a commercial/industrial and specialty real estate appraisal firm. Formed in 1993 when Theo. J. Krammer, then head of the commercial division of the largest appraisal firm in the Twin Cities, purchased that division.Orion provides an opinion of value for real property or asset based properties in order to provide the client, lender or owner, an evaluation for the purpose of acquisition, sale, estate planning, ESOP or tax appeal.Orion completes well over 300 appraisals each year. Each senior appraiser averages over 25 years experience and all appraisers are MAI, SRA, MSA & ASA or Certified Generals. While most clients are from the Minnesota lending community, we are active in most Midwest states and have many national lender clients.
