| SPNN was started as Cable Access St. Paul in 1985, and now operates five channels on the St. Paul Comcast cable system reaching 52,000 cable homes. We are devoted to giving members of the public, organizations,and individuals access to television and video in order to better the civic fabric of our community. Saint Paul Neighborhood Network is a non profit, charitable organization supported by a major operating grant from Comcast cable. |
