The Saint Paul Riverfront Corporation is a private nonprofit that provides leadership for the implementation of the Saint Paul on the Mississippi Development Framework, the city's vision and redevelopment agenda for its downtown. It is governed by a board of directors from all sectors of Saint Paul's diverse community including business and government leaders. Its operating funds are provided by Twin Cities foundations and corporations.
