| After several trips to Chicago, Tom, Jay and Joe have captured the essence of its bars and restaurants. Impressed by the atmosphere and the neighborhood-style cooking of the North Side, they craved to bring some of Chicago back to St. Paul. This inspired the eventual theme of the Wild Onion, a Chicago-style menu mixed with a busy neighborhood buzz. |
